6/91 Heal Your Body Of Candida, Toxins And Parasites, San Francisco, CA - Jessica Stewart of the San Francisco Woman's Candida Support Group and volunteer for the Hippocrates Health Institute in Southern California spoke about live foods, how to rid the body of various toxins and parasites using natural techniques. After the lecture she served live foods and had a session for people to experience the true meaning of organic raw foods. I spoke briefly on herbs available to compliment live foods.

3/91 Kinesiology Workshop, San Francisco, CA - Lois Lively, Certified Kinesiologist, gave the workshop and discussed how the body can communicate by muscle response what is happening inside and what it needs. After the discussion attendees paired off into groups of two and practiced techniques learned in the workshop. I spoke briefly to explain the benefits of kinesiology to test herbal supplements.

Outside activities were encouraged such as touring the islands by vehicle, attending scuba diving and snorkeling classes and of course all activities on board were encouraged.
