One girl had not been to the dentist in two years. Only two weeks before her dental appointment she began using the Black Walnut as a tooth polish after brushing. (She just emptied a capsule into a jar cover and applied it with a damp toothbrush.) The dental hygienist couldn't believe how clean and white her teeth were! And that after two years they were free of plaque! She told the dentist that she had been using Black Walnut, and the dentist brought a bottle!

Black Walnut, of which the inner bark, leaves, fruit and unripe husk are used in herbology, is a rich source of the trace mineral chromium and is also high in iodine. The tree grows widely in the western U.S. and Canada. Herbalists classify it as an astringent because it is rich in tannin, a toning substance. Historically, the husks have been used since the time of the ancient Greeks to support the intestinal system. Available in capsules and an alcohol-base liquid form. Each capsules contains 500 mg black walnut. Take two capsules with meals twice daily; for liquid, take 1/2 tsp with water three times daily.
