I'm sure many of you have heard that Chaparral was removed from the market by the FDA due to fear that it causes Hepatitis. Remember the definition of Hepatitis? Inflammation of the Liver! Chaparral is a strong cleansing herb. If someone is very toxic and they take too much Chaparral it can inflame the liver. Usually if someone is very toxic they should start cleansing gradually. I'm sure we'll be able to use Chaparral again in the near future, once the FDA completes their tests indicating that Chaparral does not cause Hepatitis!
