Changes in the iris indicate gradual purification of the system, the elimination of morbid matter and poisons, and readjustment of the system to normal conditions under the regenerating influence of natural living and treatment.

When a person has been treated successfully for a chronic ailment, delicate white intermeshed lines (fibrillar tissue) begin filling in the formerly dark gray area. If the course of therapy is effective, healing lines may be expected to begin appearing in about three weeks.
