Anything I've written to you may be printed if you think it would be worthwhile to do that.

In 2002 we got a health bulletin in the mail from Loren Biser. Biser has a number of health bulletins he sells online very cheaply. Bulletin #10 tells about the many benefits of doing a Liver Flush, which wasn't known by us before reading that. After six months of hesitating, I did the "Dews" Flush with Coke and lemon juice, etc. and was amazed at the great results. When I awoke the following morning I felt a great wellness not experienced for many years. It did not seem possible the Flush was causing that because no stones were in the toilet so far. What wasn't realized, is the stones were OUT of the liver and harmless in the colon. On the second elimination of the day, a clump of stones about the size of a softball was produced! Had film been in our camera, a photo should have been taken. We should have rinsed off the stones, put them on newspaper, counted them, measured them and taken photos. Prior to taking that first Liver Flush it had been too uncomfortable for about 10 years to lay on my stomach, although that's a preferred sleeping position. My vision improved greatly as a result of that first flush, plus later flushes. Some later stones were about 7/8 inches long and 5/8 inch in diameter and dark green or olive drab. When driving at night the new brilliance of traffic lights and neon signs was amazing - my vision had not been that clear or the colors so brilliant in years. When driving in dark and rainy weather it was found that most people drove way too cautiously now. But I no longer need to drive that slow because my vision (and brain performance) had improved greatly. That may mean that many other folks also have bad vision and/or poor brain performance because their livers are plugged with stones. After the Liver Flush does clean out the clogged ducts, it still is necessary to make the "trash" backed-up in the liver tissue be excreted into those ducts.

One way to do that is by using a protocol pioneered by Burton Berkson, MD, PhD (biology). He has advised using 900 mg per day of milk thistle, 600 mg per day of alpha lipoic acid, 400 micrograms per day of selenium in divided doses and some branched chain amino acids. It was read recently that the "R" form of lipoic acid is the much more effective kind. While this information WAS on the Internet in English it's now vanished, leading me to suspect the allopathic (customary) doctors may have killed this highly important information. The info on that which was read was translated from a German medical document, and placed on the Internet by a patient whose liver was SAVED by following Berkson's protocol. Dr. Berkson apparently imported his alpha lipoic acid from Germany. His bio says he was visiting professor at the Max Planck Institute in Heidleberg in 1978. By following his liver-healing protocol precisely, it's been read that people with hepatitis-C awaiting liver transplants can be cured in as little as 6 months. To do that it's important to eat no more than 4 ounces of meat per day. Many herbs such as dandilion are good for getting the liver cleaned out.

This sick and very tired feeling which results after a liver flush is due to the "trash" that gets released from the liver during the flush. As the flush ingredients are doing their job of pushing out observable stones from the ducts, the tiny bits of toxic "trash" which are also trapped in the liver *tissues* are being expelled from the liver as well. And unless proper steps are taken to prevent it - that same *trash* will *again* get absorbed through the intestinal walls and get back INTO the bloodstream once again! Then it gets stuck in the liver, or at least part of it will be trapped there again.

This is only natural because our intestines are *designed* to absorb the "nutrients" from digested matter which passes through there. So to make sure that *same* trash is not reabsorbed - it's a great idea to take one or two (suit yourself) tablespoons of the bentonite volcanic clay mixed with water maybe a half hour before taking the flush mixture. The bentonite tends to absorb *every* sort of mineral & toxin etc passing through the intestines. It's also claimed by experts that taking a bunch of chorella will also absorb most any kind of toxic stuff passing through the small intestines. That cholella info is from a paper by Deitirch K. Klinghardt, MD, Ph.D - who is an acknowledged world-wide authority on detoxification.

Don't want to feel woozy & half dead after you take a liver flush? Try taking some bentonite clay about 30 minutes before doing the flush. If you get up at night and feel exhausted or your pulse rate is racing (as I have) you can take another big slug of bentonite. This is the clay that's intended for internal use & is sterilized.

After doing the liver flush quite a few times, some nights I would take a couple ounces of olive oil before bedtime. One night after I'd recently flushed I had taken 3 or 4 ounces of olive oil. I woke up and went to the bathroom - not unusual. But the pulse rate was discovered to be very high at approx. 85 beats per minute. The guess was that perhaps the olive oil (as happens when one flushes the liver) may have caused lots of toxins trapped in the liver to be flushed out.

When that happens, it's *very* possible such toxic stuff will get re-absorbed through the intestinal walls and will *again* be recirculated in the blood. Then the heart rate could get elevated as such toxic matter in the blood enters the brain. Then it's likely this same toxic matter would once more get trapped IN the liver!

So I got benetonite from the fridge and put it in water and drank that mixture. In about 45 mins my pulse dropped from the mid-80s back to under 60 and I fell asleep. This stituaion ought to show that things such as bentonite will help to absorb nasty materials (such as drugs or other chemicals) and carry such toxic things out of the body. Taking a supplement of fiber daily is also said to be wonderful for helping to attain good health. That will absorb the toxins that *can't* otherwise be eleimanted from the body. It's been read that the Cholechol important blend bile acid from Standard Process also contains some bentonite.

Unless the liver can be cleaned out, our blood will be nasty and the chance that we'll get some nasty disease then increases massively. That was explained clearly in the best-seller book "The Liver Cleansing Diet" by Sandra Cabot, MD. She had traced nearly all illnesses back to the patient's liver being in a sorry & ill condition. If we hope to live for a long time we BETTER take good care to keep our liver clean and healthy. The liver flush is one good way of starting to do that.

I just completed my liver cleanse following Andreas Moritz's instructions in his book, "The Amazing Liver Cleanse". I was amazed! I didn't even expect any stones to come out and was just doing it to clean my liver and as a preventative measure. I live a pretty clean lifestyle and eat really well, although I haven't done so all of my life. I was shocked to see that I released about 200 stones! They ranged in size from pebble to pea size and additionally there were two that were about 3 times the size of a pea. I felt no pain at all when they were coming out bud did feel tired and weak for a day or two afterwards. I plan on repeating this process until no more stones were coming out. I am going to get my cholesterol checked and see if it goes down. Also, I have had black circles under my eyes for over 35 years and am hoping that they will go away. Will keep you posted. I was diagnosed with gallstones over three years ago and my doctor was very aggressive in attempting to get me to have my gallbladder surgically removed. I refused and he spent three separate times on the phone with me for 20 minutes each time trying to scare me into it. I have never had a doctor talk to me so much~! I have actually suffered from gallbladder symptoms for over 10 years, but didn't know what it was.

My first flush was through an acupuncturist with acupuncture and her bs.

I felt so much better afterward, but could not afford to continue treatments, so I started the flushing on my own. I have flushed about 2 times each year for the past two years and about 1 time every two months this year. I decided to try the once every two weeks flush and am on my second flush this weekend. It always amazes me what comes out. I've had lentil-sized stones, and cherry tomato sized stones. They've been black and green and golden. I've had stuff that looks like golden short-grain rice, and what I've heard called "chaff," little flakes that float on the surface of the toilet water. I believe the golden stuff and possibly the chaff is cholesterol. I've been curious to get a blood test after flushing to see if it lowers my cholesterol level, but haven't done that yet.

I'm experimenting with the way I eat to see if I can keep my gallbladder/liver flushed by changing my eating habits. One thing that seems to help is to eat all protein and fats at one meal, preferably lunch. This builds up bile in the gallbladder and liver and sends it out in one sweep each day. I was also told that eating in the evening is the worst time for creation of cholesterol. The rest of the day I eat fruits, crackers or bread with low fat content, no-fat/protein beverages, and vegetables.

I just completed my 3rd liver cleanse. Whew! 1st cleanse 250 small stones pea size or less brown and green. 2nd cleanse 460 stones, small stones pea size or less brown and green. 3rd cleanse 260 stones light and dark green. Many marble size and 2 almost as big as golf balls (I saved these!) I highly recommend Andreas Moritz's book, "The Amazing Liver Cleanse". I followed to the letter and did colosan and colonics before and after. I read your testimonials and thought I would add my information.

I did a liver flush with a few modifications. I ate only green apples, 8 granny smith, and nothing else till 6pm when I drank 8oz of water with 1 Tablespoon of Epson Salts. At 9pm I drank 1/2 cup of olive oil with 1/3 cup of lemon juice, and 3 Tylenol PM. I laid on my right side, fetal position for 30 minutes, then slept. I drank more Epson Salt solution in the morning at 6am. It was 2 days before I began passing very small stones, several dozen, in my stool, which was a dull green color. The stones were peanut color, the size of split peas. Dr. Weil says gall stones can't be flushed naturally; he recommends gall bladder removal. He's not as well informed as people imagine him to be. He still doesn't condemn microwave cooking either. I'm doing the flush again in two weeks, this time taking apple juice for several days prior. Thanks. You've got a great site. Keep up the great work!

I did a 'liver cleanse' or gallbladder flush about 6 nights ago! I'm a 50 year old female in good health. I'm not overweight and have no health problems. I'm active and have been a schoolteacher for 25 years.

I did not have any symptoms of gallstones nor did I have an ultrasound. I just had always been curious to try a gallbladder flush and see if anything came out- as they say most everyone has these gallstones and it's good to get them OUT.

I did the flush at about 9:30 p.m. And I vomited about 12:30!!! I thought oh hell what an un-pleasant waste of time. BUT the next morning I DID pass some (25?) gelatinous looking things that were greenish - none larger than a small pea. I felt lousey - bloated and not hungry the next day. But since then I've felt great!!

I think I vomited because I ate some plain white rice and drank some carrot juice about 5pm. I have been researching various liver/gallbladder cleanses and most say NOT to eat all day and to drink organic apple juice and only that for at least 2 days prior. I took only 4oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice followed by 4 oz of olive oil at about 10 pm. I nearly gagged **YUK** as I was taking it! I will do it again but will follow your directions. I wish I had come across this website BEFORE I did my flush!

I am a sixty-two year old male, six foot three inches, and one hundred and eighty pounds. I went back to my log book and found out I have done sixteen liver flushes and my wife (Bobbi) has done twenty. The tenth flush resulted in the largest number of stones (fifty lima been size stones in a grand total of four hundred (the rest were pea to rice size)). My sixth flush resulted in the largest stone (as large as the end of my thumb). Bobbi no longer gets stones and will probably only do one flush a year as a safe-guard in the future. Bobbi and I read up on liver flushes for several months before doing our first. I found it hard to get around for fear of the unknown, but then we did it, found out that it worked, and that we felt and looked better.

All stones were black in color on the last flush. Prior flushes have resulted in light to dark green stones. I no longer use apple juice since I can not see that it has any effect. The first flushes I did followed John Thomas's book "Young Again", latter flushes followed Hulda Regehr Clark's book "the Cure for all Diseases". On my last flush I went my own way and did a three day water fast before the flush, did the Epsom salt routine, and used olive oil and fresh grapefruit juice (tastes better and works as well as lemon juice). This gave the best results for me. Prior flushes have been varied on the number of stones, (three small pea size minimum to fifty or so maximum) and how I feel during the flush (the sicker I feel the more stones I get. Hope this information is of some use.

My son and I completed your liver flush this weekend. He reported that he had at least 5000. I didn't have that many but mine were extremely large. Both of us have been tired but feel good if that makes any sense. We will be trying this again in two weeks because of the size and amount.
