Melantonin is a natural compound produced by the body's pineal gland. As people age, their body produces less melantonin. Melatonin is used supplementally to promote normal sleep patterns. Each capsule contains 3 mg melantonin with Ginkgo biloba leaves, Standardized Ginkgo biloba concentrate, Siberian ginseng root, and 30 IU vitamin E.
