In the Orient, Ginseng is called the King of the Herbs. It stimulates the entire body energy to overcome stress, fatigue and weakness. It is especially stimulating for mental fatigue. It stimulates and improves the brain cells. Ginseng has a very beneficial effect on the heart and circulation. It is used to normalize blood pressure, reduce blood cholesterol and prevent arteriosclerosis. For thousands of years, the wealthy Chinese used Ginseng to slow down the aging process, keeping their vitality and mental alertness undiminished as the years went by.

It is said to improve vision and hearing activity, improve working ability, and help to check irritability to give one more poise and composure.
