Sinus and Allergy Problems: Put J-2 drops up the nose(DILAROUND

Headache (tension):2-3 drops on temple, massage lightly,                     do same on back of neck.

Arthritus and Rheumatism: 2-3 drops of hard rubbing,
                              massage for one minute.

Toothache; 3-4 drops on cottoiiball and stuff in or on tooth or gum.

'Poison-ivy, insect bites, etc.: 2-3 drops on affected area.
Wounds, bleeding: 2-3 drops on affected area.
Stiff neck: 273 drops rubbed :in affected area for one minute.

Stomachache:Internally, swallow 1-4 drops in water;                children undei,12, use i-2 drops in water.                Also, rub on affcted area one minute.

Colds:1-4 drops in water internally and 1-2 drops on
          chest and throat.

Vomiting: 2-3 drops with water internally.

Long-distance driving: Sniff from bottle, also, put 2-3 drbps-on tongue.
