Below are the free teleconferences available from Joyful Living Services. Please follow the following instructions to download the handouts and listen to the teleconference. Please follow along with the handouts provided to get the most benefit from our teleconferences.

Instructions for Downloading and Listening

1. To download the description of each teleconference, click on the cover link. If you wish to save the file, click on the icon to save the file to your desktop and then open the file with Adobe Acrobat. You can see and download the handouts in the same manner.

2. To listen to the audio file, click on the audio file link and download it as well to your desktop.
