Reiki Circles - June 9

June 9, 2024, 3:00 PM at 4:00 PM Reiki Circle

Guided grounding visualization, self-healing and practitioner healing. Occasional Tarot card reading.

If you are new to Reiki healing or if you are experienced, community Reiki Circles are a wonderful way to learn and receive these healing methods and to experience a sense of peace in a warm, loving, and healing environment with like-minded individuals. This is an all-is-welcome environment, absolutely free of any and all judgment. My goal is to make Reiki healing affordable to all who seek it and the group sessions are a perfect way to be exposed to incredible healing.

Gentle, Slow, Mindful Yoga - June 12, 19, and 26

Trula is teaching gentle yoga classes at 10 AM and 12 Noon PST every Wednesday in our building.

Herbal Hour: The Immune System - June 18

Herbs perform many healing functions in the body, but they must be used appropriately, not indiscriminately. Although herbal remedies are less likely to cause side effects, they can be very potent. Not all plant life is beneficial. There are poisonous plants, and some of them are deadly, especially if used for long periods of time. Since herbs contain active ingredients, you should be aware that some of these elements might interact negatively with prescribed medications.

These monthly herbal hours are designed to teach you about the safety of herbs and how to use them appropriately for you and others.

Learn about herbs and their uses at this meeting. You can attend live at our office in Auburn, CA, or you can attend over zoom. Please let us know if anyone will be attending with you.

If you wish, you can use these herbal hours to obtain the Certified Herbal Counselor Course certification. Requirements for certificate are to pass the quiz for each session and to pass the final exam at the end of the class. You can go at your own speed if you wish by using the PDF documents to study. This certification/course is approved by the Board of Registered Nursing. You will receive a BRN number on your certificate. The cost for the certification is $350.

Ecstatic Dance with Cacao Ceremony - June 20
