Design Pricing Inclusions
1. Basic website design includes: A. 5 pages, template, contact form, footer, 10 uploaded images, limit of 5 pdf/or (music) files, 1 video, logo placement, non custom header/slider, eCommerce (up to 10 items).... $200.00. (price does not include extra pages, custom template, graphics, custom slider, text content, plugins, or maintenance fee) Price does include website copy protection code. B. 10 pages, template, contact form, footer, 20 uploaded images, limit of 10 pdf/or (music) files, 2 videos, logo placement, non custom header/slider, eCommerce (up to 20 items).....$260.00. (price does not include extra pages, custom template, graphics, custom slider, text content, plugins, or maintenance fee). Price does include website copy protection code. C. Extra pages Fee....$4.00 without text content D. Extra pages Fee with text content......$8.00 with $25.00 hourly rate E. Extra images, eCommerce, icons..... $2.00 per image/eCommerce or icon F. Hourly rate of $25.00 (for text content or/and additional additions) G. During design client has the option to learn hands on how to maintain own website. This would exclude designing and maintaining agreement below. 2. Custom design includes:
A. Cost of custom template.....$65.00 includes installment B. Custom background, graphics, images, icons, contact forms, and colors......$25.00 hourly C.Cost of plugins..... $35.00 includes installment only, additional photos/text/graphics charged at hourly rate of $25.00 for plugin. D. Custom sliders.....$45.00 includes installment, hourly rate of $25.00 hourly E. Custom images......$25.00 hourly |
Payments
1. All payments will be paid via paypal prior to any design work being started. 2. Payment plans are available in installments upon approval and written agreement. Payment plans must be paid in full prior to design being started. A consultation is needed prior to starting website design. Designed and Maintained Website
1. Pricing for designed website is reflected in the above contract under Designed Pricing inclusion. Monthly maintenance fee inclusions are updating links, minor changes to sentences or paragraphs, adding new files (pdf’s, music file), minor changes to contact forms, changing out images/icons/photos/eCommerce. Monthly Fee of $35.00.
2. Does not include major changes to graphics, photos, pages, sliders, plugins, or any customized content. All major customized changes will be charged at an hourly rate of $25.00, in addition to $35.00 monthly maintenance fee. 3. Upon the circumstance, the monthly payment maintenance fee is not met, Amanda Brown reserves the right to un-publish client's website until payment is dispersed.
