Sleep deprivation has the same effect on your immune system as physical stress or illness and increases your risk of numerous chronic diseases, including obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes and Alzheimer's.

Recent research confirms that sleep is an important factor in children's risk for diabetes, and that children need far more sleep than adults. Even at eight hours a night, children were at increased risk of obesity and insulin resistance when compared to those who slept up to 12 hours or more.  Babies have improved recall after napping, suggesting sleep plays an important role in memory solidification. Amyloid plaques, common in Alzheimer's disease, also build up more quickly when you're sleep deprived.

I'm very happy to announce that we will be holding another live Certified Advanced Iridology Practitioner Course on October 28th and 29th.  This course runs from 8-6 both days and will be held at the Hilton at Arden Way in Sacramento.  

If you live out of state and cannot attend this course it is now completely available online to you.  We can also bring you into the class over the computer so you can attend live from out of state through the internet if you wish.

Course Details
This course is open to everyone.  It doesn't matter if you've had previous iridology training or not.  This training will introduce you to some European Iridology concepts and current research as well as further confirm the concepts we originally learned from Dr. Jensen. These are some of the concepts I have been sharing in our Iridology Facebook Group for those who have been following us. We will compare the original markings and beliefs that the eyes do change to the new European beliefs that the eyes do not change and we'll look at some case histories to determine if they have changed over the years or not.
​Course Cost
This course costs $250 until September 15th and then $300 after that. The course can be paid in full up-front, in two payments, or monthly (whichever is easier for you).  It can be paid by check, credit card, bank wire, money gram or western union.
