Course Details
This course is open to everyone.  It doesn't matter if you've had previous iridology training or not.  This training will introduce you to some European Iridology concepts and current research as well as further confirm the concepts we originally learned from Dr. Jensen. These are some of the concepts I have been sharing in our Iridology Facebook Group for those who have been following us. We will compare the original markings and beliefs that the eyes do change to the new European beliefs that the eyes do not change and we'll look at some case histories to determine if they have changed over the years or not.

Course Cost
This course costs $250 until October 28th and then $300 at the door. The course can be paid in full up-front, in two payments, or monthly (whichever is easier for you).  It can be paid by check, credit card, bank wire, money gram or western union.

Commonly called "yeast infection"

In normal circumstances yeast are present in every human being and even in the environment. When our immune system is strong and healthy they live in harmony inside of us without harming us. There are approximately 1,500 species of yeast however, candida albican is one of them. The reason why it's becoming a crises and frequent it's because it has developed resistance to conventional treatment. Candida can affect your mood, your physical well being and even cause you trouble sleeping.

Once candida overgrows it is called "Candida overgrowth" or Candidiasis and it is always bad news. In common language this is what we call "yeast infection"!  Some of the factors that contribute to candida overgrowth are:

1. Poor nutrition: We are an overly fed nation but starving inside. Why? Because we consume things that feed all the bad bugs and kill the good ones. With poor nutrition comes poor nutrients and soon starvation.
2. The use of Antibiotics: Nowadays, we take antibiotics like candies! Worst we don't even know why we take them because most of the viruses have become resistant and immune to their effect. Instead we end up making the bad guys stronger and we kill the good ones.
3. Other causes: For women: It could be hormonal change due to birth controls pills ingested for months or years. It might also be caused by poor acid balance due to the frequent use of douche, synthetic fabrics, soaps, and even some tampons.  For men:  Who think they can't get yeast infections it can be caused by many factors from viruses, to bacterial infections. Poor hygiene due to non-circumcision, harsh soaps etc.  Other contributors to Candida can be disease or circumstances that damages the immune system such as: HIV, liver problems, diabetes, hypothyroidism, chemotherapy and so on. It can also grow in the mouth and other organs.

"If you feel at least 6 of the symptoms mentioned below and/or have used antibiotics at least once in the past year, then your body might be talking to you".

Symptoms: Gas, Bloating, Flatulence, Indigestion, Diarrhea or constipation, Digestive complaints, Fatigue, Adrenal exhaustion, Fungal infections of the nails & skin, Athlete’s foot, Recurring UTI’s (urinary tract infections), Cystitis (inflammation of the bladder), PMS, Fungal rash, Eczema or psoriarsis, Inability to lose weight, Headaches, Poor coordination, Insomnia, Heart palpitations, Chronic body pain and/or joint pains, Muscle aches and stiffness, Allergies and sensitivity, Cravings for sugar and alcohol, Dizziness and Fatigue, Depression, mood swings, Anxiety, panic attacks, etc. Please note that not all the symptoms are candida related!

A Few tips to help you fight yeast infection or candida:

1. Chitosan inhibits the proliferation of Candida albicans.
2. Caprylic Acid inhibits the growth of Candida albicans in the Intestines.
3. Lapachol (a Naphthaquinone present in Pau D’Arco) kills Candida albicans.
4. Black Walnut exerts Anti-Fungal effects against Candida albicans.
5. Lactobacillus acidophilus inhibits the proliferation of Candida albicans (by recolonizing the Digestive Tract and by producing Hydrogen Peroxide).
6. Fermented coconut kefir inhibits the proliferation of Candida albicans (by recolonizing the Digestive Tract with Beneficial Bacteria). 
7. Charcoal (20 - 30 grams per day) suppresses the growth of Candida albicans (in the Gastrointestinal Tract) and adsorbs the toxins produced by Candida albicans in the Gastrointestinal Tract. It thereby counteracts the Herxheimer Reaction experienced by many people attempting to rapidly eradicate Candida albicans from the body!
8. Avoid Sugars (all sorts), Grains and grain products, Caffeine, Alcohol, Processed foods, Excessive stress

When I got up today I stepped outside to check the weather, I was greeted by a wonderful cool crisp morning. It was quite the contrast from the warm humid mornings of the summer. One of the main indicators of the change of seasons is the sudden drop in temperature at night. This change in temperature brings changes in our physical body as well.

One of the first signs is the resulting tickle or drainage in your throat. As this drainage becomes more pronounced, it can lead to cold-like symptoms. The drainage may leak into the ear canal overnight, causing the ears to become plugged. Or, if it drips into the lung area you wake up with a cough and it feels like it is stuck in the lungs.
