More and more you are hearing couples coming out with infertility or having trouble conceiving. Because infertility is on the rise it's important to know about your own personal fertility. In late 2012 Australia conducted a survey of 200 women undergoing infertility treatments. Only 26 of them knew their own fertility window and preserving their fertility.
I think there is a rising alarm for infertility because of our eating habits and what's in our food. But I also think that there is a need for women and couples to know how fertility works and when they don't that's when they run into trouble conceiving. Many believe that having sex for a year will work, or six months, even though it takes more than just sex. A pH balance that is too acidic or alkaline can easily immobilize sperm just because of a change in diet, or missing the ovulation window completely
It's so much more than just sex. It's knowledge and it's taking control over your own fertility.
